Property Sex is all about the unique niche of real estate hardcore—these gorgeous girls manage to pay for and sell their apartments, B&B’s, and so forth by offering their beautiful bodies in place of cash. Sometimes the guy is looking to buy a new house, but can’t quite make the full payment, and the beautiful real estate agent is willing to make a deal to get the sale, or perhaps it’s the guy who owns the home, and his sexy young renter can’t afford a full payment this month. Everything is shot from the guy’s point of view, which gives you a nice view of the stunning pornstars our guy gets to bang. And there’s quite a few big names, such as Liv Wild and Riley Reid, and even some newer girls who aren’t well-known yet.

At the time of this review, there are over 300 videos in their library, with accompanying high-res photo sets. Their update schedule has slowed a bit since our last review, with a new video dropping about every other week. They’re still consistent, though, which is always appreciated. You can expect that the content here will be available at Full HD 1080p, which still looks pretty great, but it’d be nice if the site went to the new porn industry standard of 4K resolution instead. Sadly, they don’t offer any bonus sites, and do expect that if you want downloads—including zips of the galleries—you’ll have to pay extra monthly for a membership upgrade. That said though, the site design is quite nice, and features include categories, tags, basic search, and more, as well as being properly mobile responsive and having a delightful model index (be aware, it’s called “Agents and Tenants” in line with the content theming!). Their video player is also nicely featured, with adjustable playback speeds and keyboard shortcuts for ease of use when your hands are full.
